Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
1. Who we are
Vantoly ("we", "us") is a trade name of 24 DEALS FINDER LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. "You" means the business that signs up for our website service.
2. The service and plans
We design, host and maintain a website for your business. There are two plans: (a) a monthly plan, where design, hosting and maintenance are covered by one monthly fee, and (b) a one-time plan, where you pay a one-time build fee and then a monthly fee for hosting and maintenance. The service includes hosting, an SSL certificate, basic security updates and reasonable small updates to text and photos on request. Larger changes, new sections or extra features may be quoted separately.
3. Approval and billing
- You pay nothing before you have approved the website in writing (email is enough).
- After approval, the monthly fee is charged to your card through Stripe on the same day each month. On the one-time plan, the build fee is charged once at approval and the hosting fee monthly after that.
- Prices are in US dollars. The price shown when you subscribe stays the same unless we give you at least 30 days' notice of a change.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from the billing portal link in your receipt, or by emailing us. The site stays online until the end of the month you have paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no refunds for partial months.
5. Your domain and content
- Your domain name is registered in your name and belongs to you.
- Text, photos, logos and other material you give us remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them.
- Monthly plan: the website design, layout and code are licensed to you for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you may ask for a copy of your text and images.
- One-time plan: once the build fee is paid, the website design, layout and code are yours. If you cancel hosting, we send you the website files.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information about your business (services, prices, licenses, phone numbers) and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
7. Availability
We aim to keep your website online at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our hosting providers may have outages outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
9. Changes to the provider
We may transfer this agreement to a successor company that takes over the service. If that happens, we will tell you by email at least 14 days in advance, including how the charge will appear on your card statement. You can cancel at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
