What we collect

• Business information that is publicly listed, on the business's own website or in public business listings (business name, email address, phone number, address, ratings), which we use to send a business offer.
• Information our customers give us to build their website.
• Billing information, which is processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To contact businesses about our service, to build and run our customers' websites, and to bill our customers. We do not sell personal information.

Opting out

Reply "no thanks" to any email from us, or email hello@vantoly.com, and we will add your address to our do-not-contact list and never email you again.

Retention

We keep contact records only as long as needed for the purposes above. Do-not-contact entries are kept permanently so that we can honor them.

Service providers

We use Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
